Very spacious non-smoking single family home that sleeps eight. The Home has a charcoal grill, a seasonal pool that is usually open from March through October , in addition to a fire pit that can be accessed year-round. The home is located within 15 minutes of a shopping plaza, the airport, and I-75.

If you would like to have a late check-out, that’s fine, just let us know. Anything after 11:15am will be an additional $100. That’ll last you until 3pm. After 3pm you will be charged another day.

The space

Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood! Near grocery stores and 15 min from a great shopping center and entertainment!

Guest access

The entire home is yours to enjoy!!

The guests that books has to be present at check in. Guests will not be allowed into the homes without the current booker.

Other things to note

We do not allow Pets. If we see that you have a pet on the property there will be a fee of $250 and it can lead to possible termination of your stay.

There’s no smoking inside of the residence, but outside by the fire pit smoking is permitted. The pool is seasonal – it’s usually open from April to September, and it’s not heated.

No more than 12 people can be in the home at any time.
